We provide local artists with opportunities to promote their work, to be inspired and to gain new skills.

Our members enjoy a wide variety of art forms and styles, offering support and encouragement to each other. We offer two types of memberships:

EXHIBITING MEMBERS

(Annual) – are those who wish to exhibit their artwork at the AFAF gallery in our rotating Member Exhibits.

• Exhibiting Artist Annual Membership Dues – $75
• Hanging Fee – $20 per each 2-month period when exhibiting.

PATRON MEMBERS

(Annual) – support the arts and may wish to be involved in activities and educational opportunities offered by the Foundation.

• Patron Membership Annual Dues – Individual $50 or Family $55

Active Exhibiting Member Benefits:

• Participate in AFAF member exhibits, pop-ups, and seasonal events.
• Pay a reduced entry fee to exhibit in monthly invitational shows.
• Have the opportunity to be Featured Artist of the Month, which includes promotion in our monthly newsletter “Art Lines,” on our website and on social media.
• Show their artwork through partnership with local community institutions via the “Art on the Wall” program.
• Receive all Patron Membership benefits.
• To become an Exhibiting Member, fill out the New Exhibitor Application Form and bring to the gallery or email it to AFAF.  Once approved, you’ll meet with the Gallery Director for your own “Welcome to AFAF” meeting and orientation.

Active Patron Member Benefits:

• Receive the monthly “Art Lines” e-newsletter.
• Use reference materials from the AFAF library and resource center.
• Participate in monthly member meetings, free demonstrations, and creative exchanges.
• Take part in local Antioch events in which the Foundation is involved.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives for achieving our goals of art appreciation, educational programs and community outreach.
• To become a Patron Member, fill out the Application Form and bring it to the gallery.
